    Glad to kick off my visit to Portugal 🇵🇹 by calling on H.E. Puneet Roy Kundal, Indian Ambassador to the Portuguese Republic, earlier today in Lisbon. In the days ahead, I look forward to engaging with leading researchers and fellows at Portugal’s foremost institutions, exploring collaboration across key areas central to India–EU relations, particularly trade and security. These conversations aim to deepen strategic understanding for Indian parliamentarians and policy professionals, strengthening our grasp of the evolving India–EU partnership. Following remarks by Crown Prince Haakon Magnus of Norway, I engaged with global partners on the strategic importance of India’s blue economy, reflected on the Blue-Raman Cable Project connecting India to France, and highlighted India’s Blue Economy Vision 2021, Matsya Sampada Yojana, Indo-Pacific Oceans Initiative, and Deep Ocean Mission, showcasing India’s commitment to sustainable and strategic maritime development (UN SDG 14).

  • Advancing education for youth in peripheral urban communities, Delhi NCR

    The only real education is self-education, and our youth must develop an unrelenting hunger for learning. As part of The Emissary Cares initiative, the MIMA Learning Centre in Delhi NCR was equipped with digital infrastructure, desktops, interactive boards, and digital modules, to enhance learning and creativity for underserved urban communities. I engaged with students and parents, emphasizing that education is the enduring pathway to a better life and urging continued support for children’s aspirations. With over 52% of India’s population under 30, this is a defining moment for marginalised youth to pursue education and skills, harnessing the nation’s growth for prosperity with dignity. I remain proud of our volunteers and deeply respect the founders of MIMA for their dedication to uplifting the community.

  • Engaged at FICCI’s 3rd Global Industrial Relations Summit, New Delhi

    Delighted to participate in FICCI’s 3rd Global Industrial Relations Summit in New Delhi, inaugurated by Union Minister Shri Mansukh L. Mandaviya. I connected with industry leaders like Mr. Jasbir Singh (Amber Enterprises) and Mr. Alok Shriram (DCM Shriram Industries). The summit highlighted the need to formalise industrial relations, advance gender parity, and enhance workforce skills, areas where Purus Research is eager to contribute.

    Glad to join Bloomberg’s Sustainable Business Summit in Singapore 🇸🇬, discussing sustainability, ESG, and AI’s impact on productivity and investing.     It was with great enthusiasm that we participated in the Economic Times Soonicorns Summit 2025 in Bengaluru, a pivotal convergence of AI-first startup innovators, venture capitalists, policymakers, and ecosystem architects. As India’s leading gathering of high-potential soonicorns, the summit highlighted AI’s shift from service-centric models to sustainable, product-led architectures across key sectors. At Purus, we see this as a critical inflection point. Dialogues on investment convictions, home-built models, and scaling AI-native businesses reinforced our conviction in AI’s transformative impact and our readiness to power the next wave of India’s AI ecosystem.

At Palais des Nations, I also witnessed the United Nations Office of Disarmament Affairs meeting on space security. Appreciate the sagacity shared by the representatives of the United Nations Institute of Disarmament Research (UNIDR). The UN Office in Geneva has an incredible history. Delighted to join an enlivening cohort striving for global harmony with a firm commitment to humanitarian values.

    The Emissary’s Board held its inaugural meeting to welcome newly appointed members and deliberate on the journey ahead. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Mr. Atharv Singh and was attended by the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Yash Pratap Singh Rathore, Director, Mr. Ishaan Gupta and the Chief Informations Officer, Mr. Joraawar Singh Bhullar. Newly appointed members to the board included - Ms. Aditi Pillai, Ms. Tariecka Sinh, Mr. Abhinav Poludasu and Mr. Maadhavan Gupta.

    The Second The Emissary Board Meeting was held in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The occasion marked the formation of the Inaugural Executive & Management Teams. The meeting was held under the Chairmanship of Mr. Atharv Singh, and was attended by Deputy Chairman, Mr. Vidarth Vyas Pradhan, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Yash Pratap Singh Rathore and the Director, Mr. Ishaan Gupta.

  • Youth and Teen Empowerment in India:

    Chairman Mr. Atharv Singh and Director, Mr. Ishaan Gupta called on Mr. Dushyant Chautala, Deputy Chief Minister of Haryana and Mr. Deepender Singh Hooda, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha. They discussed multiple issues pertinent to youth and teen empowerment in India and explored collaborative options to provide highly lucrative opportunities to teenagers in the country. Mr. Chautala and Mr. Hooda took note of The Emissary’s commitment towards the upliftment of teenagers in the country and assured of complete cooperation.

  • Enable the Indian youth to closely observe Parliamentary procedures

    Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh and member of the Management Team, Ms. Nupur Dham called on the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Mr. Om Birla in New Delhi. They held wide ranging discussions on methods to enable the Indian youth to closely observe Parliamentary procedures and apprise teenagers around the country on political developments and their imperativeness.

  • Lack of awareness on international developments

    Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh, Deputy Chairman, Mr. Vidarth Vyas Pradhan, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Yash Pratap Singh Rathore and Director Mr. Ishaan Gupta called on the Foreign Secretary, Government of India, Mr. Harsh Vardhan Shringla. The Emissary’s team took up issues of lack of awareness on international developments and limited scope of engagement with the bureaucratic apparatus for the youth in the country. The Foreign Secretary took note of The Emissary’s efforts and assured of all cooperation in The Emissary’s endeavours.

    Inauguration of The Emissary - India’s Minister of Climate Change and Environment Inaugurated The Emissary Media Network. The Inauguration was held at the Palms Country Club in New Delhi. The inauguration was attended by eminent political and business leaders, journalists and authors.

  • 50 Shades of Love, Celebrating the Pride Month

    On June 26, 2022, under the stewardship of Ms. Radhika Bhardwaj, The Emissary organised the “50 Shades of Love” - celebrating the pride month in New Delhi, India. The event witnessed mesmerising performances of musical artists from across the country and renewed The Emissary’s commitment towards the LGBTQ+ community.

    Blood Donation Campaign by The Emissary Cares; On June 29, 2022, The Emissary Cares, at the initiative of Ms. Haarvi Shah, organised a blood donation campaign in collaboration with Prakash Hospital and Research Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

    Anti-Malaria Awareness Campaign by The Emissary Cares: On July 14, 2022, The Emissary Cares, under the leadership of Ms. Haarvi Shah, Member Management Team, organised an Anti-Malaria Campaign in Schools in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

  • Interaction with the children at the Surman Sansthan facility

    On July 18, 2022, Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh interacted with the children at the Surman Sansthan facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Mr. Singh donates a sum of INR 3,00,000, including donations from volunteers and team members. The Emissary’s assistance campaign for Surman Sansthan was spearheaded by Ms. Kusum Lalwani, Member of the Executive Team.

  • Interaction with Mr. Jaiveer Shergill

    On August 14, 2022, Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh, Deputy Chairman, Mr. Vidarth Pradhan and the Chief Operating Officer Mr. Aditya Ohri virtually interacted with Mr. Jaiveer Shergill, National Spokesperson of the BJP and Supreme Court Lawyer. The Interaction focused on “India’s 75 years of Independence” and the prospects of the 25 years of “Amrit Kaal” ahead.

  • The Third, The Emissary Board Meeting

    On August 20, 2022, The Emissary’s Board met under the Chairmanship of Mr. Atharv Singh in Jaipur, Rajasthan. The Board welcomed Mr. Aditya Ohri as the new Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Vidarth Vyas Pradhan, Deputy Chairman, amongst other members were present.

  • The Emissary in Russia: Russian Embassy, New Delhi.

    The Emissary in Russia: On October 27, 2022, Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh, called on Ms. Alina Steponova, Cultural Attaché, and Mr. Mikhail V. Antsiferov at the Russian Embassy in New Delhi. They explored ways to better integrate the Russian youth in the International order and enhance their ties with the global teenage community to utilise and bolster their potential.

    India@100 Virtual Event Series: In November 2022, The Emissary held the “Visualising India@100 Virtual Event” series. The event aimed to proffer the dynamic ideas and interpretations of teenagers across the country on the most crucial challenges facing India in her journey towards 100 years of Independence.

  • Fundraising for Children at Bal Seva Sansthan

    On December 13, 2023, Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh, Chief Human Resources Officer, Mr. Kartikay Mendiratta and Management Team Member, Ms. Nupur Dham interacted with children at Bal Seva Sansthan in New Delhi. By understanding their circumstances they amended The Emissary’s assistance campaign to enable the children to aspire globally in the fields of their interest.

    Virtual Interaction with Mr. Amitabh Kant: On January 17, 2023, Chairman, Mr. Atharv Singh, Deputy Chairman, Mr. Vidarth Pradhan, Director, Mr. Ishaan Gupta and the Chief Information Officer, Mr. Joraawar Singh Bhullar held a virtual interaction with Mr. Amitabh Kant, G 20 Sherpa, India, on the country’s G 20 ambitions and priorities. Mr. Kant welcomed The Emissary’s proposal to engage at various levels in the G 20 meets in 2023.
